ITEC Day 2018 Celebration @ The Great Duke Phnom Penh

The Embassy of India in Phnom Penh last Monday organised the ITEC Day 2018 celebration at The Great Duke Hotel. The India Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) first started in 1964 as a bilateral assistance programme initiated by the Government of India. It is a fully funded capacity programme and every year the Ministry of External Affairs conducts various courses where candidates from 161 countries in Asia, Africa, East Europe, Latin, America and the Caribbean & Pacific Islands are nominated to participate in the ITEC training.
