Junior Chamber International Cambodia – Chaktomuk (JCI Cambodia – Chaktomuk) presented its Business Aspirant programme, an initiative for SMEs and MSMEs to diagnose and improve their business performance. The project is at its first year of launching with support from the banking sector and key leading businesses like RHB.

With Cambodia’s open-door economy, a young, vibrant and multi-lingual urban demographic is transforming the country into a land of opportunities. As a result, small and medium enterprises have grown rapidity. SMEs play an essential role in contributing to the growth of Cambodia’s economy. In fact, according to the Cambodian government, it is estimated that 40 to 50 percent of total employment can be attributed to SMEs.
